The Pearl Brewery developers' wish is that no games, concessions or gatering of people should take place on Grayson Street (only patrons arriving and leaving event), IN ADDITION Pearl Developers demand TWO LANES OF VEHICULAR ACCESS on the Pearl Brewery side of Grayson Street to the entrance of Pearl Properties located immediatly adjacent to Nightmare on Grayson, despite MULTIPLE HIGHER PROFILE AND USE entrances are located throughout the Pearl Property.
